We will carry forward prior confirmations if they are still valid:

• You are providing your bank details so we can transfer funds to you from sales made on your behalf. (We need your bank, account name, sort code and account number).
• You are confirming you have public liability insurance.

Artansa will make sales on your behalf.

• Payments are taken using Sum Up, which carries a processing charge of 1.69% on sales (this will be deducted from the total amount taken) Funds can take up to 3 days to be received. A single payment will be made after the event, unless you have arranged otherwise.
• If the venue receives commission. This will be deducted from the amount you receive, and the venue will be paid on your behalf, by Artansa. Unless an alternative arrangement, in writing, has been made.
  Currently: The Bedford Hotel receives a commission of 10% at events on their premises.
• Neither Artansa or The host venue are liable for any damages in the event of any mishaps, or losses, incurred during the event. Artists are responsible for obtaining there own exhibition/event insurance should they wish to.
